With the strong reception, Ballyhoo Hospitality opened a series of hits: contemporary Greek restaurant Andros Taverna in Chicagos Logan Square; a classic French bistro Pomeroy in Winnetka; and soon-to-open Buck Russells Bakery & Sandwich Shop in downtown Wilmette.
